Sunglasses Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our products and will gladly accept returns if there is anything less than perfect. Please check carefully within 30 days of receiving your sunglasses that the items fit you and that they are covered by our return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all tags and originals attached.

What are the reasons we accept sunglasses for return or exchange ?

  • Wrong item was delivered or wrong color or wrong size was delivered.
  • If the product has a manufacturer’s defect, such as the frame breaking due to a weak solder joint.
  • Arrived damaged (please take a picture and leave it as proof so that I can claim for you)
  • The sunglasses package was unfortunately lost in transit.

What reasons are not covered by our return policy ?

  • Sunglasses that are scratched, bent, twisted or have undergone any wear and tear because of your misuse cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Products that are destroyed or returned because you did not sign for them in time.

How do I make a return or exchange of sunglasses?

First contact us via email, please submit a return request and our customer service team will address your issue promptly, will check the problem and confirm the return information for you. We do not accept unauthorized returns without our approval. Refunds will usually be processed within 3 business days of us receiving the sunglasses.
